Helping Outstanding Pupils Educationally : Currently have 55 perpetual Merit Scholarships. As we all know that an educated world is much better world and providing high quality education need to be a key mission for all of us. Please consider establishing a a Merit Based Perpetual Scholarship in your name of in the name of your choosing. All Scholarships are listed at Himalayan Hope Charitable Foundation and Gayatri Public School website. Any one can start a Merit Based Perpetual Scholarship on her or his name or in the name of your loved one, by making a tax deductible contribution to Himalayan Hope Charitable Foundation of $5000 one time or $1000 for five years or $500 for ten years. Employer matching contribution will also help. Donated funds are placed in the fixed deposit (CD) in the village bank and interest income funds the perpetual scholarship. Each student has to qualify for scholarship every year. All scholarships are listed at HHCF and GPS websites. www.TheHimalayanHope.org and www.GayatriPublicSchool..Org Currently (2022) GPS has 55 Merit Based Perpetual Scholarships and hope to have at least 100 such scholarships in next five years. Gayatri Public School is not self supporting as yet. Himalayan Hope Charitable Foundation supports GPS to the tune of 1/3 of its operational expenses. It is a much bigger project far beyond the means of one person or one family. Any contribution for this noble cause is greatly appreciated. As we all know, an educated world is a much better world and providing high quality education needs to be a key mission for all of us.
